He obtained his B.A. in Business in 1985, and then earned Certifications for Journeyman Electrician, Licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor, and began his solar career as a Project Manager, Owner-Operator, and West Coast Trainer of solar sales and installation for a cutting-edge, national thin-film PV manufacturer. Mr. Suacci has also established business allianceswith crystalline  solar module manufacturers: Mitsubishi, Sharp, Photo-Watt-Matrix, BP, Sunpower, RWE Schott, Kyocera, and Astropower - and all their related accessories. Thus, Mark has mastered all aspects of the industry - initial client presentations, site surveys, budget analysis and preparation, engineering management, and construction protocols. He has developed costing templates and anaysis procedures for a variety of PV models, systems, and custom installations. His experience in operations management includes: managing bi-coastal design and installations teams, advising on design, and supervising on-site small, 2kW installations to 1-Megawatt systems. Mr. Suacci collaborates with Senior Sales and Marketing managers, and successfully negotiates complex agreements with prime vendors, and major clients. He is the go-to guy for the latest information on legislation, logistics, and systems.

Kevin M. Joyce - Marketing and Sales Director

While attending college in Michigan for a Business Degree in 1981, and working part-time in Sales for a construction company, Kevin was offered a National Sales Manager position.  He spent the next four years with the company, and was able to take the company from a sales high of 290 buildings in their best year, to over 2200 buildings per year. Kevin was encouraged to meet the President of a large wood-preserving company, and Kevin was hired to work for this industry giant. He trained in Pennsylvania, then was located to the Boston area for his first "corporate" job. After a couple of years, Kevin was transferred back to the West Coast, and for over 25 years, has continued to work in the Forest Products industry for some of the largest companies in the U.S. One of the first in California to introduce new pressure treatments for woods that are "non-hazardous to humans", Kevin still promotes this heavily today. Now, he states, "I really like being able to put my sales experience into expanding the Solar effort. These products are great to promote because they save people money, significantly help the environment, and they advance energy independence
 - things we all need to do."

Partial Projects List, as seen in our Photo Gallery:

Chief Technical Advisors for a million-Watt (1 Megawatt), PV Solar installation for a General Motors parts plant in Rancho Cucamunga, California, and one of the largest roof-top installations in the U.S.

Project Technical Advisors on a 150 kW PV Solar installation for a Wal-Mart store in Colorado. The project is a fully passive solar facility with DC lighting switch over, and reclaimable COGEN-fueled heating system.

Project Site Management of the largest PV solar system for the non-profit Humane Society Animal Shelter. This project is a form-follows-function installation, utilizing the solar system as shading. Mr. Suacci designed and managed all aspects of the systems' key components and functions.

Project Management and Certifying Trainer for PV solar system installation for the world's largest thin-film manufacturer, United Solar Ovonics, LLC (Uni-Solar). Certicied service technicians were trained by Mr. Suacci, who is capable of repairing thin-film solar panels, trouble-shooting, and meeting requirements to maintain OEM standards and warranties.

Numerous home and business installations of all sizes, with all types of roofing, throughout California, have been installed. Systems commissioning for crystalline and thin-film PV product lines and sytems requires cooperation with authorized jurisdictions  and utility companies, and requires work with permitting and engineering to develop custom system integration, and streamlined installation scheduling and procedures.
